We have booked a block of rooms at the five star rated Signature Suites Campus Tower across the street from Symposium venue, Bernard Snell Hall (see Map).  The hotel provides complimentary parking as well as airport shuttle service for easy accessibility and convenience

Please note: you must select and pay for your accomodations through the website when you register.  Make sure you book early as space is limited!  If no more rooms in our block are available, you may still be able to find a room by calling the number in the contact info below.

The rooms are large and comfortable with a separate bedroom and comfortable queen-size bed.  The usual amenities one might expect from a high quality hotel are standard.  High-speed internet access is included.  Suites also contain fully equipped ktichens for those who feel the desire to create their own gustatory delights although planned meals are also  available for those less inclined.

In addition to the rooms at the Campus Tower, there are a few modern guest rooms available at the Lister Center which have been put aside.  These guestrooms are only a few steps away from the Bernard Snell Hall and  have the added benefit of being located in the same building as the Saturday Night Farewell Supper and Dance so those who choose to stay here will have that added convenience.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable offering all the same amenities as Campus Tower (sorry, no kitchenettes) with the additional bonus of a continental breakfast should you wish to take advantage of it.  One barrier free room is available should you require that type of accommodation.
